As soon as you gain your first win against the dealer, you will realize several changes inside the bathroom, the place where it all begins all over again. You will find an old display along with a pack of pills next to it. Consuming the pills will activate a new feature called “Double Or Nothing”.
When you take the pills, you will find yourself in an empty bathroom again, and if you head towards the game room, you will notice some changes. First of all, the rules of the game will change slightly. Both players will start to get items from the first round.
Other than that, the final round will no longer feature a “Last Chance” option, where your defibrillation device is cut off. So, you will play three normal rounds, but if you win in the end, the amount of cash you earn will be showcased on the screen, with two options: If you choose “Double”, you will play three rounds again to earn double the amount of cash shown on the screen. But if you choose “Nothing,” you will walk off with the amount you have already gained.
Keep in mind that the cash you gain for winning each match will be added to your total amount of wins, which helps you move up on the leaderboard.
