Round 3. This is the final round. On the game machine, it is depicted as a skull and crossbones, as losing this stage means death for the Player. In this round, the number and type of shells per round are entirely random.
What do pills do in Buckshot Roulette?
Upon clicking the door to exit the Bathroom, the Player will kick the door open, hence starting the game in Story mode. In the 1.1 version of the game, in addition to the door, clicking the pills will now show the option to consume pills and enter Double or Nothing mode.
