The items are: A magnifying glass, which reveals the shell currently loaded in the shotgun. A cigarette pack, which restores one charge (non-functional during round 3’s sudden death). A can of beer, which safely racks the shotgun, ejecting the loaded shell without consequences and effectively skipping a turn.

There are some Easter Eggs relating to the General Release of Liability that have been found, more particularly the fact that you cannot enter certain usernames on the waiver upon meeting The Dealer, the main ones being GOD and DEALER.

As you gain items, you come across a general release of liability form covered in blood, signed by God. While not overtly stated in exposition or clearly, the player can assume that God played the game and lost to the Dealer.
